Technopark ("we" or "us") is committed to providing our customers with a positive shopping experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return most items within a certain timeframe, as outlined below.
Our Policy
- You can return most items within 15 days of the delivery date.
- Returned items must be in original and unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Certain items, such as opened software or perishable goods, may not be eligible for return.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order by email at info@technoparkonline.com or by phone at +974 446 470 45. We will provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the item. Please pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible. Ship the returned item to the following address:

Please include the RAN number on the return package. We are not responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within a certain number of days (typically 5-7 business days) using the original payment method.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
Exceptions
- Items that are damaged or lost in transit during the return process will not be refunded.
